I was a speaker at this years Kecksburg Pa. UFO Festival speaking on how EMI and RFI interact and can create Paranormal Activity. When a young man who had previously talked with Stan Gordon walked upto me claimed he was a victim of Sound wave technology and handed me a bunch of papaers all of which i have sen Alan talk about.
Any truth to this young man being targeted. Highly Unlikely but mental illness often makes its victims feel they are being attacked or watched by the government
